Stuckey Automotive Announces Commitment to Purchase Delaney Nissan of State College Dealership

DUNCANSVILLE, PA (February 6th, 2024) – Stuckey Automotive, one of Central PA’s fastest growing automotive groups, announced today its intention to purchase Delaney Nissan of State College located at 3280 West College Avenue in State College, PA., 16801.  Delaney Nissan of State College, owned by the Delaney Automotive Group, will resume all operations until the transaction is expected to close later this Spring.  The dealership, which will be known as Stuckey Nissan of State College, will mark Stuckey Automotive’s seventh location.

“Jack (Delaney) and I have known each other for years.  He’s aware that I’ve been looking for new opportunities to expand, especially in Centre County.  When he proposed an offer, I thought it was a brilliant move worth pursuing,” said Matt Stuckey, President of Stuckey Automotive.

Jack Delaney, owner of Delaney Nissan of State College adds, “We’re in the early stages of a typical dealership buy-sell agreement.  Our focus is to continue caring for our customers and our employees.”
