Buick GMC Service Manager

Stuckey Buick GMC is currently looking for a Service Manager to run the day to day operations of our fast-growing service center. We offer a professional work environment with an excellent team of highly skilled technicians.

The Buick GMC Service Manager is responsible for the operations, profitability, performance results, department supervision, developing new and maintaining business, and above all excellent customer satisfaction. As Manager you will be a part of the Dealership Leadership Team enhancing the development and growth of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead service advisors, technicians, and the parts department
  • Hire, Train, Motivate, and hold accountable all Service team members
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the Buick/GMC Service Dept including monthly reporting, payroll, shop supplies/equipment
  • Participate and continue in the education/training in the latest shop management, factory software, and service advisor courses
  • Train all staff members in the latest method to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Responsible for the continued growth of the overall Buick/GMC service/parts department
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction reflected in the CSI scores
  • Buick/GMC Service Manager's report directly to Fixed Operations Director

Qualifications Skills/Requirements:

  • MUST have 2 years of service management experience
  • Understanding of warranty, policy and procedures
  • Motivated and Driven to take our service department to the next level
  • Demonstrate previous increased success in sales and profit

Sales Appointment Coordinator

We have an opening for a Sales Appointment Coordinator. As a Sales Appointment Coordinator, you will handle inbound/outbound scripted calls and appointment setting for sales customers. If you have a "go-getter" mentality and experience working in a results-driven environment, please apply!

Job  Responsibilities:

 Ensure that all incoming service/sales inquiries are answered promptly, professionally and according to script 

• Outbound calls to follow up with customers who have visited the dealership

• Respond to customer email & chats 

• Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments

• Customer Satisfaction calls to make sure customers are happy with the service they received

• Log customer information and purify database. 

Qualifications Skills/Requirements: 

 1+ years of call center experience and/ or BDC experience required

• Strong written and verbal communication 

• Confident personality - a true "Go-Getter"

• Must be motivated by reaching and exceeding goals

• Strong Computer and Internet Skills 

• Polished and professional appearance 

• Must be able and willing to work full-time, including rotating shifts and alternating Saturdays

• Must be willing to submit to and pass both a background check and a drug test
