Responsibilities:Â Â Â
    ·    Serve as a singular point-of-contact using our efficient and effective processes
·    Accept and exceed the sales quota set by our sales managers
·    Build and maintain a book of business through continuous prospecting, in and out of the dealership
·    Use a CRM to manage customer base; target prospects and follow-up accordingly
·    Create and manage a professional Facebook page
·    Work with finance and management to properly build deal folders
·    Shadow department experts to create opportunities to upsell additional services and products
·    Offer a complete shopping experience by introducing customers to service advisorsÂ
·    Take advantage of resources and training made available by OEMs and dealership
·    Stay abreast on the latest technologies and news in the automotive industry
·    Foster open and honest relationships with team and management
·    Exercise leadership skills to mentor team members
Qualifications / Requirements:
    ·    Completion of Business Administration or Automotive coursework preferred
·    Proficient knowledge of CRM systems
·    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·    Clean, polished appearance becoming of our sales team
·    Must submit to and pass a background check and drug test
·    Must have a valid PA-issued Driver's LicenseÂ
